By accessing, registering on, or using the s36bet platform (available at s36bet.co), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with s36bet's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and s36bet.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must cease accessing the s36bet platform immediately and must not register an account or place any bets. Continued use of s36bet following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain a s36bet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. s36bet is strictly an adult platform. Providing false date of birth information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

s36bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on s36bet at any time. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — is prohibited. s36bet may merge duplicate accounts, suspend or permanently close any duplicate account, and void bets or transactions associated with accounts found to have violated this rule.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s36bet login credentials. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into the same s36bet account, subject to s36bet's anti-money laundering verification obligations. s36bet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, before releasing funds.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: MYR 30 (subject to change).
• Withdrawal processing times: e-wallets (Touch n Go, Boost) within minutes to 2 hours under normal conditions; bank transfers within 1 business day; crypto (USDT TRC20) subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• s36bet may delay or withhold withdrawals pending the resolution of open responsible gaming or compliance reviews.

All bets placed on the s36bet platform are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game — sportsbook, live casino, or slots. In the event of any conflict between a product rule and these general Terms, the product-specific rule shall prevail for that product.

s36bet reserves the right to void, reverse, or amend any bet where:

• The bet was placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, payout, or game configuration;
• The bet was placed following an event result that was already known at the time of placement (courtsiding or equivalent conduct);
• There is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed in conjunction with match-fixing or integrity-related activity;
• The relevant sporting or gaming event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in accordance with the applicable product rules.

s36bet's decision on all bet settlement matters is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process provided under the platform's international gaming licence.

s36bet offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable across all s36bet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable directly. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s36bet platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of software robots, scripts, data-mining tools, or any automated system to interact with s36bet;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in a manner that provides unfair advantage;
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification;
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Money laundering or using s36bet for any purpose related to illegal financial activity;
• Accessing s36bet from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law while misrepresenting your location;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by s36bet.

All content, design elements, software, logos, trademarks, and service marks displayed on s36bet are the property of s36bet or are used under licence from third-party rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any s36bet intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the s36bet platform or its content without prior written consent from s36bet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s36bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the s36bet platform.

s36bet does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Planned maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect platform availability. s36bet will not be liable for losses — including open bets — resulting from platform unavailability that arises from circumstances beyond s36bet's reasonable control.

s36bet is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively supports responsible gambling. All players are reminded that casino games, sportsbook betting, and slots carry a house edge — these products are forms of entertainment that carry inherent financial risk, not investment vehicles.

s36bet provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible by all registered players from within their account settings:

s36bet strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. If you believe a minor may have accessed a s36bet account, contact support immediately. s36bet will act on the report as a matter of priority.

s36bet reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• s36bet is required to do so to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements;
• The account is associated with suspected money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing activity;
• Identity verification documents have not been provided within the requested timeframe;
• The Player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.

Upon closure, s36bet will return verifiable funds remaining in the account after deducting any amounts owed to s36bet including voided bonus winnings, outstanding wagering requirements on promotional funds, or amounts subject to ongoing investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their s36bet account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 1 business day. Players who have self-excluded will not be permitted to reopen the account during the exclusion period.

s36bet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, s36bet will provide reasonable notice via the platform and/or by email to registered account holders. The effective date of the amended Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the s36bet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using s36bet and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s36bet holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through s36bet's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the applicable licensing authority.

s36bet's internal complaints process: Players wishing to raise a complaint should first contact s36bet's support team via live chat. s36bet will acknowledge the complaint and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached internally, the Player may escalate to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service.

Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your home jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
